OnCreations LLC (“OnCreations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does business as MorningStorm across three products: MorningStorm for Business (our software platform for mobile cart and pop-up businesses), MorningStorm Social (our community and meetup app), and MorningStorm Cart (our own coffee cart and in-person events). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information across all three, and applies to oncreations.com, morningstorm.co, any MorningStorm subdomain or custom domain operated on our platform, and the MorningStorm Social app.

Information We Collect

Depending on which product you use, we collect:

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and password or social sign-in (Apple/Google) credentials.
• Business information (MorningStorm for Business) — your cart or business name, branding, staff accounts, booking, inventory, and sales data you enter into the platform.
• Profile and social content (MorningStorm Social) — your handle, profile photo, posts, stories, comments, messages, meetups you create or join, and who you follow or check in with.
• Location information — approximate or precise location, used to show nearby carts, events, and meetups, and to power check-ins. You control this through your device settings.
• Order and payment information — items ordered, event/booking details, and payment confirmation. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Square — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information — pages visited, app interactions, device type, and IP address, collected automatically. See our Cookie Policy for details on web tracking.

How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain each product and process transactions.
• To power discovery features — showing nearby carts, events, and meetups.
• To communicate with you — receipts, booking confirmations, account notices, and support.
• To maintain safety and security, including fraud prevention and content moderation.
• To improve our products and understand how they’re used.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and payment recordkeeping.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, including Square (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Apple/Google (social sign-in).
• Other users, when you use social features — your public profile, posts, and meetup activity are visible to people you connect with, consistent with your privacy settings.
• Business owners, when you place an order or make a booking through a cart or business using MorningStorm for Business — they receive the order/booking details needed to serve you.
• Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OnCreations, our users, or the public.

Your Rights and Choices

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). You may exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@oncreations.com. You may also update or delete your account information directly within MorningStorm Social or MorningStorm for Business account settings.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations (including recordkeeping required by California sales tax law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children’s Privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above, and where appropriate, additional notice will be provided.
